More Than a Title
Nicole Nichols is a wife, mother, author, executive, certified life coach, ministry leader, and First Lady of Greater Works Center. But beyond every title, she is a woman of faith who understands that becoming is a lifelong journey.
For more than 20 years, Nicole has helped people and organizations grow through learning, culture, leadership, and meaningful experiences. Whether she is serving in ministry, leading in the workplace, writing, speaking, or creating spaces for women, her work is grounded in one belief: people flourish when they understand who they are and are given the encouragement, knowledge, and opportunity to become more.
Her heart for women led her to create Flourish, a Christ-centered movement where women can be honest about their journeys, grow in faith and confidence, and experience the power of genuine sisterhood.
Why I Created Flourish
Flourish began with something I could no longer ignore.
I was tired of seeing women portrayed as if we should compete, compare, and tear one another down. I was equally troubled by the pressure placed on women to appear as though we have everything together, even when many of us are quietly questioning whether we are enough.
The truth is, we are all becoming. We are wives, mothers, daughters, friends, leaders, caregivers, and women of faith trying to navigate real responsibilities and real challenges. We need places where we can be honest about that journey without being diminished by it.
I created Flourish to offer something different: a space where women can encourage one another, learn from one another, grow in faith, and be reminded that our stories are not meant to separate us. They can become the very things God uses to connect us, strengthen us, and help us flourish together.
We do not have to compete to flourish. There is room for everyone.

Nicole's calling is not limited to one role. Her faith, family, leadership, writing, and ministry are all part of the story God is continuing to write through her life.
